Buddy Valastro is the cake boss of Hoboken new jersey making thousands of pastries every day. but one thing they are known  for is there specialty cakes like size models of people and a crocodile that's mouth goes up and down. he was also the first person to make a like size car.

the point of this PSA is to get bullies to think about what they say or do before they do it.
